“You can tell they care about your animals. With the consolidation in the industry by mega corporations pushing for maximum roi, it's nice to find a vet clinic that cares more about your dog than how much cash they can squeeze out of you.

“This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door until you are back in your car, everyone is helpful, respectful, kind, and will answer any and all questions you have. My boy, Spencer, likes the treats left behind from neighborhood visitors if you get what I mean. However, it leaves us sleepless with constant trips outside. I’m used to this but this time it was different. They got us right in and took excellent care of him, giving him everything he needed to feel better. We are now on the upswing and this mama and pup will be getting some much needed rest. I just found my new vet much closer to home.”
“Hometown Vet has cared for my sweet Bella for the past 14 years, and I truly cannot imagine a better veterinary team. From routine visits to the hardest goodbye, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind every step of the way.
When it came time to put Bella down, Dr. Estock and staff were amazing. They treated her and us with so much dignity and love. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made an unbearable moment a little more peaceful. I will always be grateful for the care they gave my dog throughout her life and for the comfort they provided at the end.

“Dr. Matt and staff were incredibly kind and patient while helping us to navigate through the loss of our Koda. We just started our journey with them a couple of months prior, wishing we had found them much sooner. Dr. Matt and another Vet (sorry, I didn't ask her name) had come to our house and euthanized Koda. It was the hardest decision but the only option as Koda was an 11 year-old German Shepherd and could barely walk. They were so patient, professional and empathetic, making the process much more smoother. So if you're looking for a Veterinarian who's kind, approachable, knowledgeable and a place thats affordable, give them a try because they're definitely worth it.”

Michael comes out and remembers Romeo & asked how he’s doing & gives him pets. So sweet! Hannah, Amber, Nikki are always so helpful when you text them with a question or concern. “We have been taking our fur babies to Lake Cable Animal Hospital for about 5-6 years now, and I can confidently say Dr. Watters is without a doubt the most knowledgeable veterinarian in Stark County. She genuinely cares about her patients, and will do everything in her power to give her patients the best care possible. She is very thorough during her examinations, as well as during conversations. She makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. Not only is she kind, she is genuine. Truly. As someone who has been to other veterinarians in Stark Country, Dr. Watters is the only vet I’ve come across who’s top priority is the wellbeing of your pet, and who is as kind as she is. Her staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. You will always get a call back in a timely fashion if they ever need to speak with Dr. Watters regarding your pet. Ken, the head Veterinary Technician, also deserves high praise. Ken is calm under pressure in high stake situations, and has the knowledge to take the necessary actions in any given scenario.
Overall, Dr. Watters and her staff at Lake Cable Animal Hospital are as high class as they come. I can assure you your pets will receive the upmost care in their hands.”
“I wasn't sure about using a walk in clinic but it was time to let my dog go and his long time vet could not fit him in for a week. I am so glad I went here. Kaylee was so nice and gentle with him. She was very efficient and explained everything. They have a nice room with private entrance and parking by the door. My dog passed peacefully and we weren't rushed to leave as soon as he passed. Much nicer than my regular vet and much cheaper.”

“As me and my family was looking all over for a reasonable vet here come this place ?? as I would have loved the different outcome things was just the way they was I wish I could’ve gotten to these guys sooner lord knows im very thankful for all they help ! Yesterday they tried everything they could as we did as well but we was a bit too late my pup had to get put down because how bad his condition was and im just thankful for these people for seeing him and trying everything they could and for allowing him to have a peaceful way home it hurts so bad my kids me my gf we cry every second missing him but we know he is getting his rest we love you Nior ?”

“We had our first visit with this clinic today, and they have impressed me on every level. Our dog is has fear-based reactivity in the clinic environment, and the way they handled him was spectacular. They were responsive, respectful, and aware of his mental state. They made sure he had a positive experience with them, which I find rare. Every member of their staff was amazing! They practiced fear-free methods, and were able to preform much more during his exam than vets from other clinics. They explained everything in a thorough and comprehensive way! I am genuinely looking forward to working with them moving forward, as is my dog, who hasn’t had a happy experience in years. Thank you for curating such a great facility and environment. “I cannot say enough about this clinic. My kitty was sick, and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her to rest. The staff were nothing short of professional, compassionate, and kind. They explained what was going on with her, and were very upfront and honest about everything. They gave us all the time that we wanted to be with her in her final moments, even to the point that I drove home to pick up my daughter so she could get one last snuggle in. I stayed in the room with our kitty and pet her and loved her until the very end, and the staff allowed her to pass in the comfort of her favorite kitty bed, which meant so much to me and my family. Their kindness and compassion during one of my families hardest days was so comforting, and I cannot thank them enough.”

“The team here are absolutely amazing. Dr. Semen has been our vet for years. She's given us advice when managing end of life care for our late cat Will. She takes emergency visits and even answers questions when we panic for our older kitties. Her staff even helped us meet and take home our youngest LuciPurr. They're so compassionate and caring and I am thankful for all of them.”
