“We had our first visit with this clinic today, and they have impressed me on every level. Our dog is has fear-based reactivity in the clinic environment, and the way they handled him was spectacular. They were responsive, respectful, and aware of his mental state. They made sure he had a positive experience with them, which I find rare. Every member of their staff was amazing! They practiced fear-free methods, and were able to preform much more during his exam than vets from other clinics. They explained everything in a thorough and comprehensive way! I am genuinely looking forward to working with them moving forward, as is my dog, who hasn’t had a happy experience in years. Thank you for curating such a great facility and environment. Would recommend to anyone that they come to this clinic.”
