“I was 27 around 1980 when we moved to BG with old tires on everything we drove. Everyone told me to go to Specks for a tire repair and that was the day I met Bruce and Terry. Best experience of my life. Like family.
Money is now scarce again in my 70's so back to Specks for a repair.
I sat in the waiting room by myself and heard Bruce talking to customers in person and on the phone just like they were family.....just like back in 1980 when I first visited Specks Tire.
I did start to tear up seeing how much the three of us have aged in almost 50 years. Come on..we have!!.. ha.
So my review of Specks Tires is this business is the best place for Tire Sales and Service. Thanks for the memories Terry and Bruce and I will be back soon.”

“This shop is awesome! My husband and I have used the Whitehouse location multiple times since 2020 for our automotive repair needs. Today they went above and beyond for me. My tire sensor went off while entering my neighborhood. When I got home and looked I could hear the air coming out of it. I immediately drove down there and told them what was going on. Their techs were at lunch but he said to leave it and they would take care of it for me. They even gave me a ride home with their complementary shuttle. Within 3 hours my tire was fixed and the shuttle came back to pick me up so I could get my car! To top it off the patch was free since I purchased the tires from them. Their communication and service have always been top notch. I appreciate such amazing customer service!”
“I called Joel and explained the issue with my vehicle and he asked me to bring it in within a couple hours of dropping it off he called with the problem and an estimate. He had my vehicle fixed the next day and for less than the original estimate because it did not take as long as it was supposed to. That kind of honesty and hard work cannot go unmentioned! I would definitely recommend Fast Lane Auto Care.”

“They helped me with repairs on my camaro. They were the 2nd cheapest quote I recieved but that's not the reason why I picked them. When talking to them about the damage and seeing the place, they seemed like a really trust worthing shop. They took pictures for me throughout the repair and also answered my phone call or email. I received the car and it looked great. There was a tiny issue and they fixed it no questions asked. I will recommend this place and will come back for future repairs.”

“I've took my 2019 Chevy Impala here after I took it to Dave White twice with no luck. I had a transmission issue that was under a tsb and an oil leak. After about 3 hours of my car being there, they figured out my tcm was bad and my front timing cover was leaking. They also had a rental car set up for me and I only had to pay for a transmission flush due to everything else being under warranty. Due to Dave White not finding any issues wrong both times, my warranty was almost gone, about 1k miles away. They had great communication with answering all of my calls and messages, updated me on my car's progress and also sending me a video of the technician inspecting and explaining the tcm and timing cover issue. I do most of my own work but If there's something I can't figure out or have another car under warranty, this dealer is going to be my go to place Chevy wise.”
“I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, so I scheduled an appointment. After arriving I was back on the road in less than an hour, with no sales pressure to buy an air filter, fuel filter, or anything else. The price on the coupon was the price I paid. Can't beat that!”

“Called and was able to get the job done all in one day. Pricing for quote was spot on for the service. Had my hatchback towed from BG to Grand Rapids (15ish miles) the whole process from getting the car on the trailer, driving to Grand Rapids then getting the car off the trailer took a maximum of 40 minutes. The gentleman that preformed the service was very skilled and helpful! If you need towed somewhere this the company to hire.”

I was broke down and he made a great impression with a courtesy call and addressed my issues while he was on his way. He offered to give me a ride home seeing as my residence was on the same route as the dealership. Safely towed my vehicle to the dealer and called me when he was finished. This was by far my best experience with a Tow service, I will highly recommend Ors Sunoco in the Future!”
