while walking in a lady, the manager, Stephanie, said hello to me and my two sisters. we all said hi and went on our way. while looking at the display in the front, she said hello to me again. as there were other people walking by and i had already said hello to her, i assumed she was speaking to one of the people she had not already greeted. apparently not and not even quietly, she said “or not.” it really threw me off and it was extremely rude. my sister told her it was rude, and her explanation was that it happens all the time, but that’s not an excuse to be rude and mean to literal kids. like none of my siblings are over the age of 18.

This one had a big variety and 100% positive employees, but as always we only getting stuff on sale lol. 8.95 for soap? Nah always wait until it’s 2.95/3.95Ez

They gladly took my coupon for a free body care gift - Taylor Road rejected the bar of soap. Please note that associates at both stores were excellent but only management at the Heath location gets the nod.

Friendly service, awesome atmosphere I love to go to this store!! I was unhappy with some of my purchases, it was the candles, something is going on with them and u can't even smell them anymore! They use to have such a strong scent throw and now it's nothing and I thought maybe I got a bad batch or something bur I keep seeing the same comments about the candles so please go back to the way they use to be, because spending 20 to 30 bucks on a candle that has no smell is horrible
