“First time visiting Big Sandy and was quite impressed! Was shopping for 2 mattresses and Taryn was very helpful in helping me find the perfect matches for my budget. Will definitely go back!”
“From start to finish, these guys were A1. From initial consolation to delivery, I couldn’t be happier the delivery guys were awesome and put my bed exactly where I wanted it just how I wanted it. 10/10 would recommend”
“First time shopper. Saw some sofas online but wanted to see them in person. I wanted to walk around and see all there was to see, without a sales pitch. Sales reps on the floor read my vibe correctly. When I eventually had a question, Travis, the manager, appeared as if by magic! We talked through a couple of options, I made a choice, and Lexy processed my order. No pressure, super helpful, great price, quick process. I will definitely shop here again!”
“I did a lot of research h and footwork to locate a quality mattress for my mother. OMF had better quality at much more reasonable prices. I would recommend this outlet and salesman to anyone looking for mattress/box spring sets.”
“Michael a store employee went above and beyond to find me the right size of battery that I needed for a heart monitor. Thanks for hiring him. He is pleasant and a credit to your store”
“Ordered 2 items for a Birthday Gift & order was ready when promised & had EXCELLENT service, only had to say in my car for about 4-5 minutes before package. Associate who delivered package to my car was very polite & pleasant. I highly recommend this service, to open & pickup.”
