Very friendly and helpful employees. I would say 90% of the time I'm in and out. There's only been a few occasions that the bank was busy when I visited, but still got out fairly quick.

I absolutely love my bank, I wouldn't leave this bank for anything! I've been with them for years. They are so personal and helpful beyond what is needed!!! Hilary is absolutely amazing! She got me an appointment with Edgar Chism today and they just changed my life!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I work out of state, I had a fraudulent charge wipe out my bank account, I live in west Tennessee, but I was in heath ohio,I went into the local branch where Dee Dee Doddroe,and Sophie Spangler fixed everything for me and got my money back for me. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you both!!!!
