“I have been using pak mail for many years for all of my FedEx and UPS shipments, whether it is an overnight envelope or a larger item. The owner goes out of his way to help and find you the best rates available.”

“Staples provides a solid service to Amazon shoppers by accepting returns without a box or label needed. It's always been a fairly fast process. I went in to do an Amazon return recently, and they moved the Amazon returns to a cash register, where there was a long line. No problem. The person doing the returns was using a cell phone to scan packages, labels, and QR codes, which seemed to slow the process way down. He's making boxes for items while we are all standing there watching him. He didn't seem to be in a hurry doing this. This seems like a downgrade to a great service.”

“We had a quick turnaround time for printing signs and this team went above and beyond to get it done and delivered. Working with the brick and mortar store was the best decision we made. Thank you, Staples!”

“He was extremely helpful. Even though he didn't have a way to print me out a label for shipping. No public wifi. He told me to go over to Staples and they were cool too. Printed me a label and said don't worry about it no charge. And my wrong auto part was on it's way back.”
