“Staples provides a solid service to Amazon shoppers by accepting returns without a box or label needed. It's always been a fairly fast process.
I went in to do an Amazon return recently, and they moved the Amazon returns to a cash register, where there was a long line. No problem. The person doing the returns was using a cell phone to scan packages, labels, and QR codes, which seemed to slow the process way down. He's making boxes for items while we are all standing there watching him. He didn't seem to be in a hurry doing this. This seems like a downgrade to a great service.”
