βI would like to recognize Sue at Discount Drug Mart for her outstanding customer service in Pharmacy. Instead of simply telling me there was nothing that could be done, she took the time to investigate the issue, put me on hold, re-ran my son’s prescription, and fixed the problem. βI’ve been shopping at DDM for about as long as they have been in the Chagrin Falls area. I am totally satisfied with every aspect of the business and pleased to know that it is employee owned. You must know that every employee there has always been pleasant, helpful, and respectful to my wife and me who are in our 80s. We are always happy to see the people at the checkout counter, especially Mary. She is always cheerful and we consider her a friend. Even the very young employees have a smile and go out of their way to help us find the sometimes elusive items! The shelves are always well stocked with products from A to Z, and I’m often amazed to find something I never expected to see there. That makes browsing fun, and I often purchase something unique over and above my shopping list items. I have never found parking a problem and never had an issue with runaway carts; they have their own parking spots. Finally, be a thoughtful customer: some employees you are talking with have been there for many hours before you arrived and might have sore feet or a pain in the neck—don’t be the pain in the neck! Say hi to the managers next time you visit, they are really nice people! Cheers!β
βI just called to get a prescription refilled and to let them know I moved recently and this will be my location for now on. I think the girl who answered the phone said her name is Kaylee or Kayla, but she was the sweetest and most friendly customer service I have experienced in a really long time! Not even 5 minutes later after hanging up I received a text that my prescription was ready!

The ladies in the bakery were extremely accommodating for my custom cake request, and the cake came out PERFECT and tasted amazing. Absolutely cannot beat this for the price…looked like a $70 cake. Thank you GE!β

βI started using uh lake west when i had my heart attack 2 yrs ok. I have never had a problem .they know the system. And if they dont they will find the answer before you leave. They also deliver which is convenient for me.. everyone on staff there smiles and greets you with respect. And they can contact the doctors office and clear everything up should it arise. My cardiologist and the pharmacist is always on the same page. Im very happy. They should teach the rest of would about customer service.my doctors office works the same way. Give them a raise.β

βThe pharmacy staff is the best - always helpful, pleasant and willing to take a few extra minutes to help find a better price. If you are in a hurry they will do their best to accommodate you. I can't say enough great things about the staff.β
βI see some of these reviews and I see some folks who have access to the Internet, but don't bother to use it in dealing with the pharmacy. Using Costco's pharmacy is very simple. No, it's not the typical drop-it-off-and-wait scenario. They do tons of business for the simple reason they offer the best prices in the area. For those who have to get refills, I learned that lesson early. Ultimately, YOU are responsible for knowing when you need your medication and when to get it refilled. Set up an online pharmacy account, track what you need. You are allowed to order refills within a week of their actual dispense date. Do that and the prescription will be ready when you need to pick it up. This isn't the '70, '80s, '90s or aughts any longer. I have NEVER had a problem when doing this and the service has always been stellar.β

βGood pharmacy related items selection. They are better at having the website match the in store stock than dome other drug stores. Staff in the pharmacy are really nice. Pharmacy personnel are always busy so be patient with your pick-up.β

βI love shopping at GE. The prices are right they even have fresh sushi everything is fresh if it's a day old it's marked down meats and bakery they have a variety of juices.β
βThe CVS on corner of East Washington and Rt 306 is the best CVS. It is clean. All the employees are professional, helpful and greet me. The pharmacist, Bob Dibble is intelligent, efficient and professional. The techs are also helpful. The staff at the front of the store, especially Jack and Danielle, are helpful in navigating my coupons and efficient.β
