We had a wonderful experience at this location. Austin was very knowledgeable and kind, and was able to confidentially answer any questions we had, and provide us with the services we were looking to add. The manager was also in and just with the little interaction we had, we could just tell that this store is extremely well ran and that they care about their customers. I would 100% recommend this location.

I scheduled an appointment at this location for my father through the Verizon website to try to get assistance with his device, and when he arrived, the doors were locked. Finally someone opened, but they refused to take him for his appointment and sent him to a different store. Obviously since he no longer had an appt at the new location, he had to wait a very long time to be helped.
Terrible customer service at the highland heights location - if they are taking appointments, they need to be honoring them.

Worst Customer service I've ever encountered in a Verizon store. So terrible, in fact, that the employee agreed that customer service is bad.
Call Customer Care before setting for in ANY store and wasting your valuable time.

I was in a crunch to get a phone repair before traveling and the folks here were wonderful. A super welcoming, friendly environment with extremely knowledgeable staff who made it an entirely painless experience. I was given options and the worked with me to figure out what would be best for me long term. I cannot recommend them enough.
