Needed assistance with a burnt out tail light. Christopher H was very polite, professional and friendly. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes, got me the correct light, installed it. I will go back to Auto Zone, they know what they are doing and helped me. Had the literal opposite experience at O'Reilly's.
