There is sign on the door that says they are committed to customer satisfaction yet not one worker greeted the customers as we walked in and not one offered any assistance. I walked out because I’m not spending my money in a place that can’t even acknowledge the customers. I
am headed over to Advanced auto parts on cemetery where they care about the customers. DO BETTER!

The music was offensive. The F word was used multiple times. Glad I didn't have my kids with me! My partner was blatantly ignored by the staff. Will never, ever visit this location again, and probably not this chain.

This is the best Auto Zone I've been to. Jon/John is such an amazing guy with a kind soul. He went out of his way to help me put a battery in my key fob and even went out to my car with me to determine the head light bulb for my car, just to determine all it needed was to be pushed in, but was going to help me put the headlight in. Such an amazing guy and represents this Auto Zone greatly, definitely ask for Jon/John if you stop in! Would definitely return.

I had an incredible experience here at Autozone in Hilliard, OH. My headlight bulb went out and I needed it replaced. I went to Autozone and was greeted by a man named Don “Bodhi” Whiting. He assisted me in finding the right bulb for my car and then asked what kind of car I have. I let him know I drive a 2011 Malibu. He let me know that the process for changing a bulb on this model car is quite difficult and said that it could cost me a chunk at a garage or shop, so he just took it upon himself and did the job for me, on his own dime, as he has changed bulbs on Malibu's before. No exchanges, no paperwork, just a human being helping another human being in need. Whether or not he was supposed to do this…it was just so refreshing seeing a person help his fellow man or woman; love thy neighbor type stuff. I owe Bodhi big time, as this was quite a rigorous job and he had every right to say take it to a shop…but he didn’t and it just proves that this Autozone emloys great people who only want to help you and want to go above and beyond for you and your car. I can’t recommend Autozone in Hilliard enough. I will be loyal to this store and will be sure I recommend this store to everyone I come across who are having car trouble! Thank you Bodhi and thank you Autozone!

Called to get information/advice and Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable and nice. When I went there, later, The guy who helped me (the guy I talked to had left) was super nice, helpful and friendly and even gave me a little discount cos he could tell I was having a bad day. Went to Main St Hilliard loction
