“I had downloaded cloaked on my phone and paid $70 for it and plugged in to charge for the night. When I woke up my phone was charged and screen was black. Couldn't do anything! I was told to come here. Showed Jay my phone, told him everything. He took phone and asked me about all of my apps. There were several I had no clue what they are. After we went through the list, he told me to call bank to stop $70 payment. Plus two other apps were deleted and I need to call and cancel. He fixed my phone and saved me money in maybe 15 minutes at most! Great service! Saved my phone, my job and my life as I know it. He was Awesome! Thank you Jay!”

“I contacted the West Fifth Ave store in search of a replacement battery for my car! The gentleman who spoke with me was very friendly and helpful! He took my vehicle information and recommended the battery for my vehicle. The price for the battery and installation was very reasonable. I took my car to the store and was met by the gentleman at the door, he had the battery ready to install! I waited less than 10 minutes and the battery was replaced. Amazing customer service!! Thank you”

“These guys are great! Brittany was super helpful and Chamberlain totally wins the award for helpful, kind, going the extra mile, and way way way above and beyond anything I expected. Had a flat tire and he helped me switch to my spare and get this, I did not purchase anything from the store. They were nice just because. Anytime I need auto parts. I’m going back to this place. Thank you, Brittany Thank you, Chamberlain! See ya!”

“I’ve had so many good results in the past and love the individual who works in Glenville near Graceland, but I’ll tell you what I’ve seen the workers there underpaid and not giving any of the work ethic love that they deserve for everything they’re doing because they’re transitioning to another store It’s sad everyone there is underpaid and needs so much more. It’s an understatement to say how much I love this company before I saw them getting underpaid.”

“Oreilly is the furthest autopart store from me by several minutes, but always worth the trip. The staff is friendly, helpful, and actually knows their stuff. They didn’t have my part today, but went the extra mile to look it up online so I could get the job done. Even without a purchase, they earned my trust and might be my new go-to auto parts store in the area.”
