“I contacted the West Fifth Ave store in search of a replacement battery for my car!
The gentleman who spoke with me was very friendly and helpful!
He took my vehicle information and recommended the battery for my vehicle.
The price for the battery and installation was very reasonable.
I took my car to the store and was met by the gentleman at the door, he had the battery ready to install!
I waited less than 10 minutes and the battery was replaced. Amazing customer service!!

“I had downloaded cloaked on my phone and paid $70 for it and plugged in to charge for the night.When I woke up my phone was charged and screen was black. Couldn't do anything! I was told to come here. Showed Jay my phone, told him everything. He took phone and asked me about all of my apps. There were several I had no clue what they are. After we went through the list, he told me to call bank to stop $70 payment. Plus two other apps were deleted and I need to call and cancel. He fixed my phone and saved me money in maybe 15 minutes at most! Great service! Saved my phone, my job and my life as I know it. He was Awesome! Thank you Jay!”
