“Just got my battery changed, while they didn’t have the initial one I bought the employee was incredibly professional and helpful with installing an alternative that worked for my car. Whole process only took about 15 minutes! But yeah the service was good enough I felt compelled to leave a positive review”

“Jerimiah and Mark did a great job getting the wiper blades off of my partner’s Ford. Even with this Wiper Blades installation being the hardest for Jerimiah, he made sure that we would be on the road safely.”

“Very nice and knowledgeable people. I had a list of things that I wanted to do to my car. They helped me save money by telling me what must be done professionally n what I do. They got the products n gave me tips on how to best use them. They took time to make sure all my questions were answered. I will You return Crazy.”

“I’ve had so many good results in the past and love the individual who works in Glenville near Graceland, but I’ll tell you what I’ve seen the workers there underpaid and not giving any of the work ethic love that they deserve for everything they’re doing because they’re transitioning to another store It’s sad everyone there is underpaid and needs so much more. It’s an understatement to say how much I love this company before I saw them getting underpaid.”

“I highly recommend Precision Parts & Battery. I have been a customer for years, and I can honestly say that my car is taken care of right, and the owner does not take advantage of me because I am a woman. The owner takes the time to check over my car, and charges me correctly. I really appreciate that especially at times like this when our dollars are the bottom line.”

“I had a busted head light 2 hours away from home. Brian sold me my headlight and told me what make I should get. I go to replace it in the parking lot and I couldn’t get it to work. Brian saw me struggling and came out in the 20°F cold in a short sleeve uniform and changed my bulb for free. Truly think Brian should get a pay increase or at least some type of reward for how helpful he was in assisting me. I hope in the least he is blessed by God for helping this pilgrim.”

“Gabriel was super friendly when I came in with a brake light out. He found me the part, and then went out of his way to help change the light bulb himself! I will definitely be returning for any auto part needs in the future.”

The staff was friendly, patient, and willing to work with me to make sure I left satisfied. Really happy with the service and the deal I got! Thanks again, Roadrunner Tires! Highly recommend!”

“Oreilly is the furthest autopart store from me by several minutes, but always worth the trip. The staff is friendly, helpful, and actually knows their stuff. They didn’t have my part today, but went the extra mile to look it up online so I could get the job done. Even without a purchase, they earned my trust and might be my new go-to auto parts store in the area.”

When I got there they had more batteries than I've ever seen my life.. If you need a battery In the future make The battery shop of Columbus your first and last STOP.....”
