“Mina went above and beyond to help me on Tuesday last week (11/7). I had dropped off my car at a mechanic, and I had called to reserve a car with a competitor, only to find out not only had their reservation team failed to make my reservation but they had no cars. I had rented from this location before, and I called ahead to make sure they had a vehicle. Mina answered the phone and told me she would wait for me, even though I would be a bit late. “I rented a 3 row mini van for a 1 day trip, unfortunately it had some computer issues along the way. The manager of the branch where I rented it was outstanding, she stayed in the phone with me for almost an hour, and found a replacement vehicle for the ride home. When I returned it, she reversed the charges on my credit card, outstanding work Thank You!!”
