Car Rental in Hilliard, OH

“I've rented twice from the Hilliard Main St location. Last Nov I rented a sedan when my car was totaled, and a couple weeks ago I rented a minivan to drive to my daughter's destination wedding. It was crucial that I have a minivan as we were taking other family members plus a lot of luggage and other items for the wedding. I reserved several months in advance, called a month out, and the week of to make sure a minivan was going to be available. They assured me it was. When I arrived I was provided a practically brand new minivan which was very nice. Last November, I was struggling to get to the location to pick up the keys for the car I reserved before they closed and pulled in right as they were closing. But they were very gracious and agreed to help me so I could take care of the paperwork to secure the vehicle without having to return the next day. I don't recall the name of the attendant who helped me in November, but he was patient and kind, as well as professional and efficient. I was still a mess from having been recently hit from behind bad enough to total my car (which I had just paid off & really really loved), so how he interacted with me at that time was truly appreciated. Zach H helped me on the more recent occasion. He was very helpful explaining features of the minivan, very professional and efficient, and friendly. Enterprise, particularly the Main St office, is my go to due to location. I will continue to go to that location because of the service I have received from the employees and manager there.”

I had dropped off my car at a mechanic, and I had called to reserve a car with a competitor, only to find out not only had their reservation team failed to make my reservation but they had no cars. I had rented from this location before, and I called ahead to make sure they had a vehicle. Mina answered the phone and told me she would wait for me, even though I would be a bit late.
