Brenda responded right away. Dad dropped the machine off and picked it two days later. Brenda did a reinstall of Windows that I wouldn't have been able to do and then she went above and beyond to make sure my remote access was back online.She's an expert, communicates well, charges fair prices and is conveniently located in her new workspace.”

“Confusion with using Best Buy credit card. Apparently if you have not purchased something for a time the card expires & we never received anything to advise us so we had to obtain a new card# to process our transaction and then call Best Buy to have a new card issued. It would be helpful if an expiration date was on the active card or received a notification that we needed to obtain a new card after a specified date.”
