“Superior customer service! I called on Tuesday to inquire if someone could trouble shoot my brother’s recliner/lift chair. Yes! Even though the chair was purchased in California 5 years ago. A service call was scheduled the next day with a service window of 2-5 pm. John, the technician called in advance and arrived at 2 pm. After a reasonable amount of time we discussed repair options but then determined that perhaps a new chair would be the best solution. I drove my brother to the Mobility City arriving about 3 pm. Don showed us several chairs (along with a very helpful woman whose name I sadly can’t recall). By 3:30 we selected a chair that was in stock. By 4 pm the chair arrived at my brother’s facility and was operational before 4:30. Wow! WOW! Amazing superior service!”
“I am a CPR instructor who teaches several classes each weekend so I not only go through a lot of supplies but the manikins definitely get lots of use. MCR Medical has been great to work with. They are fast and efficient with supply orders and when I have problems with the manikins they do their best to resolve the issue. I appreciate good customer service and have never received anything but from MCR.”

“I recently had a wonderful experience. Was greeted by everyone upon arrival. Claire was FANTASTIC. I can be very indecisive when it comes to the fit of my clothing. I was there at least an hour. I tried on multiple scrubs. Had many questions, Claire was there every step of the way with Stellar customer service. She never made me feel rushed and she was genuinely invested in me leaving the store happy and satisfied. I decided upon a scrub set. Wasn't overly excited, after all they are work scrubs ?. As I was about to check out Claire asked me to "do her a favor" and try one last set. Of course I obliged. Listen... I put the set on and I felt beautiful and the way my face lit up ❤️. I was so unexpectedly thrilled with Claire's selection. Fit me perfectly. I left just as Claire wanted, satisfied and happy. If you need scrubs, check them out. Thank you ?”

“We were visiting our family in Columbus when our daughter got sick. We took her to an urgent care, where she was diagnosed with RSV and received a nebulizer on the spot. Since we live in Canada, we had to pay the urgent care visit and pay for the nebulizer out of pocket. We paid the visit right away and received a statement from Sunny DME two weeks later. The nebulizer we received on the spot only cost $80.00! And it is shaped as a puppy which made the treatments for our 5 year old so much easier. I am very thankful for the reasonable pricing and the ease for which this was all settled. Thanks to Sunny DME we were able to focus only on the health of our daughter without having to worry about anything else!”
