“I visited the Sawmill road location to have a tire replaced on March 11 2026.
I was informed by the tech that on another tire the tread was extremely low.
I told them I couldn't afford to buy two tires at this time and they told me some payment options but they wouldn't work for me at the time.
They expressed their concern for my safety but understood my situation.
When they where finished with my vehicle they called me up to the counter to pay and I assured them that I would be back as soon as possible to replace the other tire.
The supervisor named Joseph said no need you have two new tires on your vehicle.
I was shocked and didn't believe what I was hearing I gave him a thank you handshake and a hug.
I've never had anyone go to the lengths they did to help a costumer out.
I will definitely give them my business from now on.

“THESE GUYS LITERALLY SAVED MINE AND MY KIDS LIVES TODAY.
After getting my babies in the car this morning my rear passenger door would not close and I tried everything. How ever nothing worked I went to NTB and Mr. Snow was at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and a welcome. I told him the issues and he said well lets hope its simple and we will get you right back on the road less then five minutes later my door is closed and I'm starting it up to head home safely. I can not thank these guys this team enough. Hand I gone anywhere else they would of probably charged an arm and leg just to look it. NTB Dublin 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!!”
