“I have a customer, with a daughter in a wheelchair. They got a flat tire on a Sunday, with with mom, daughter and grandma in the car. Their daughter’s wheelchair can’t go in an Uber or Taxi, it can only go in a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Mr Tire had the tow truck bring the van to them. It had a wheel lock on it and they couldn’t get it off, so they called another employee who went to the store and bought something to try, and brought it in… They spent hours on trying to help this family who was desperate. I cannot thank them enough or possibly describe how amazing they were!! I highly recommend them, if you need anything they offer services for!! Jasper and I believe the girl’s name was Jessica both went above and beyond, trying to help!”

After performing the repair, he asked if he could do a complimentary inspection which was done very fast yet was thorough.”
