This U.S. Bank Branch generally provides friendly and outstanding service. Staff are described as professional, helpful, accommodating, and patient, efficiently helping customers with processes like wire transfers and new accounts. However, there have been a couple of really bad experiences noted with a man at the self-service area, and the ATM has been down quite a bit. One customer prefers a different location. Overall, many are thankful and grateful for this branch and its people.
Brittanie is amazing. I had a very troubled issue with multiple steps to accomplish and she stuck with it and completed everything even without my presence and sending me emails, letting me know everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this branch.

This is normally a very friendly bank. If you walk inside, they're nicer but I have had a couple of really bad experiences here lately with a man at the self-service here and the ATM been down quite a bit.I prefer the one in Kroger on Cemetary Rd

Excellent attention from the staff. Very kind, they try to understand us even if we don't speak English.
