“Just finished up an auto loan with Tom. Other than the wait time from start to finish (which was out of his hands) it was great. Tom was very personable and even remembered our names each time we spoke. And the bank made special accommodations when we needed them for closing. I would recommend them and would likely use again. Their rates aren’t the lowest but I like having my loan through the same bank as my checking as transferring money over is so easy. And their checking and savings are great so we’re key customers for life.”

“Wonderful visit to this location. People were super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The teller that took care of my transaction ( Carter Pallsgrove ) was so nice, we stood & talked for several minutes & despite our age difference ( I'm 65 & he's a youngin ) he carried on a decent conversation. There was no other customers in the bank at the time & I really enjoyed talking with this young man. Personally, I consider this great customer service.”
