“Just finished up an auto loan with Tom. Other than the wait time from start to finish (which was out of his hands) it was great. Tom was very personable and even remembered our names each time we spoke. And the bank made special accommodations when we needed them for closing. I would recommend them and would likely use again. Their rates aren’t the lowest but I like having my loan through the same bank as my checking as transferring money over is so easy. And their checking and savings are great so we’re key customers for life.”
“I love this old school branch of 5/3 with it's professional and knowledgeable staff who has been there for years and work together well as a team. The 5/3 app works great and handles all my routine needs but I had a few tricky inter-state issues to get resolved earlier in the year and they helped me get it done without a glitch. Great bank, especially at this Hilliard Cemetery Road branch! Hard to find a bank with real, competent people these days.”
