“Such a variety of merchandise! Something for everyone and a place worth visiting and revisiting often as the numerous vendors are always changing up their booths! Home decor, collectibles, antiques, a beautiful clothing boutique, and a second story Christmas room! It is worth the visit. If you are coming from out of town, there is also a thrift store, an oddities and curiosities type store, and great restaurants nearby! definitely worth a day visit! Gazebo, covered bridge, and bison Park also in the area.”

I was assisted by the owner’s son, who was extremely patient and helpful. In the end my hat and vest combo was a huge hit at the track.

“I miss these beautiful ladies! So elegant, all of them. Such unique, in excellent condition and top notch clothing! Such a wonderful experience to go in and visit. Lol, when I brought in my clothes, I used to tease the owner, Mary, because of her always seeking to choose excellent clothing, I would say, "These items must be 'Maryworthy'." I meant it in the most endearing way. Some may think she is picky but Mary and her girls sure seems to know what folks like and need. This store is the best of the best as is all of the staff, always. I sure miss them all! Jen too. Is she still there? Since my last visit, perhaps in 2022, I've moved out of State. “I went to The Pink Door to look for an outfit to wear to my son’s formal wedding. I had no idea where to start as I am just NOT a fancy person!! The owner of the shop was incredibly helpful and patient and pleasant and she helped me pick out an outfit that I love and feel comfortable in. There is so much unique and very pretty stuff in The Pink Door. I got a sophisticated jumpsuit, a lovely designer duster to wear with it, designer shoes, a belt, clutch and jewelry. It was fun and like I said, the shop owner was STELLAR!! Thank you so much, Melanie❤️”

“I love this store on West Broad! I have found what I needed 99% of the time, from unique things to clothing and home items.The new manager is really friendly and a people person. I met her while she was working the register (I love managers that are out helping the staff and clients instead of hiding in the back or at some office).Willie that works helping people with big/heavy items has the biggest heart I've seen in a retail store. No matter how busy he is (during the 50% off sale that man is running and sweating like crazy) he always has a big smile on his face and makes sure he helps everybody before taking a single break.He treats people with care giving each customer the special attention they deserve.Willie takes such pride on his work that once I was getting a small table by myself and when he saw me, since he was free, he came running to help me and told me to let him do his job lol. He took the table all the way to the register with his high spirits and kindness.And knowing that shopping here also helps people in need is definitely the icing on the cake. The perfect place for retail therapy because even if I'm buying something I might not even "need" the price is good and I'm helping a charity.I have shopped and donated items here for over 20 years and my husband says that I rarely just drop stuff off, it's more like an exchange lolI know prices have gone up since I started going there but hey, that's called inflation... same thing happened at the supermarket, gas station, etc...Thank you guys for being there and for the work that you do!”
“This was my first time selling items at Clothes Mentor, and it was such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They acknowledged me right away, explained the process, and got me started quickly. When I came back to see what they were purchasing, they went through everything with me and offered a very fair price for my items. I took some time to browse around, and as I was leaving, the manager personally came over to introduce herself and thank me for bringing in my things. That kind of genuine customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be back!”

“This is by far my favorite local thrift store to the Grove City / Southwest Columbus area. You can tell that the prices are a bit higher than you might expect from a thrift, but I never see similar quality in such quantity anywhere else. Makes it worth it to me. I recently decided I would only buy clothes at thrift stores from now on and this has been the best one to find my size and quality of clothing I need for my job. On top of all this, if you can snatch one of their big discount buys you know you’re walking out with a win.”
“This Plato’s is always clean with various and great selections of popular brands. It is absolutely a not bad place to sell clothes if you are not willing to donate to Goodwill. The payment is fine.”
