“By far the best luxury and designer consignment shop in Columbus. They have a very large selection of preloved designer bags, shoes, clothes, and accessories. They also have a great selection of other brands and vintage. There’s something for everyone. Additionally, Second Chance is a true consignment store- they only keep products for about 60 days and drop the price of items consistently over that time if it’s not selling.”
“I have used Upscale 2 times now and have had great success. First was a nice leather sofa that sold within 60 days. The second was 2 power recliners that took about 90 days. Both time I received my consignment check in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this shop.”
“The curation of this place is phenomenal, I have never been in a store so intentionally put together. Every piece being sold feels like it was picked out for a reason and has something special or unique to it. Even the things I don't like feel like they would be perfect for someone else. Every single article of clothing I have purchased from here has gotten piles of compliments from coworkers and even random people in the street. Justina is such a joy to talk to and makes every customer feel valued. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get, not even considering how much work it must take to curate such a high quality collection.
I could go on and on about how lovely this little basement boutique is, but it goes without saying that I recommend this place to anyone asking me where I get my clothes from. If you're in the area, go!!”

“Excellent quality, gently worn clothing and accessories. Owner does a very good job curating the collection. Shop offers an extensive selection of women's clothing, accessories and jewelry, plus a smaller but still broad selection of menswear, including suits, sport coats, slacks, leather jackets, and winter coats and puffy's (in season). Prices are gratifyingly reasonable compared to ordinary retail. Shop is neat and clean; no concerns with cleanliness whatsoever. The clothing selections are continually updated as new consignment pieces are introduced; the collection is not static. Finally, there is an experienced shoe repair shop on site.”

“I bought 2 dresses from them in March and April! I bought one dress for a funeral service and the other dress for Easter! Both dresses each cost about $100! Both dressed are unique and fit the occasions perfectly! Their customer service is somewhat strict! Some of their sales people are nice and friendly! I will be back because they have a selection that Easton doesn't offer! Easton may be more pricey!”

Nice vintage store for sure. Lots of cool stuff and even snagged he a nice Pabst sign for my collection. Luckily UPS store were available cause that wasn't going to back Florida on the airplane very easily. lol

“I looooove going to this store. I have furnished and decorated my home from this store. My friends can't believe all the nice things I have bought from there. I always shop only the stickers that are 50 percent off. Everyday is a different colored sticker that is 50 percent off.”

They also have functioning fitting rooms.
But their other sections are a bit lacking - specifically kitchenwares.
