Impossible to get my new credit card added to my 93 year-old aunt's account back to pre-pay auto-pay after my old card was hacked. Then the kiosk broken, apparently the only other way to pay her bill, and had to go to yet another Verizon Store. THEN, charged almost double because I'm no longer paying by auto-pay. Verizon is the worst carrier I've ever worked with. I've worked in IT since 1986, both in the military and a large hospital system, and never had such consistently poor experience from any vendor.

***Save yourself go somewhere else*** Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. Slow, 5 people standing around. Will never walk in the doors again. The "managers" I spoke to were even worse. Need 100% of the staff retrained.

They told us to wait one moment and helped everyone else walking in because I think they didn't want to do all the work involved in our complicated sale in the last 30 minutes of them being open then closed shop without helping us

Beautiful store, however, I walk in, there are probably 6 workers just standing around doing nothing. No one comes up to me, so I walk up to a young girl. Shes not very enthusiastic, informs me what I need to do to get my mother to switch account manager status to me, then walks away and disappears without saying anything (COME TO FIND OUT SHE WENT ON HER LUNCH BREAK????). I call my mom, then have no one to ask what to do next. A second worker helps, then walks away AGAIN! So, I sit around, waiting for someone else to help me. A THIRD worker tries explaining to me what the last two have (because he has no idea what's going on, because he's the THIRD PERSON!!). I ended up leaving instead of trying to figure anything out further. When I left, there were four workers sitting on furniture and tables on their phones. Two others sitting on the floor against the wall. Extremely unprofessional, unwelcoming. Not the best thing to walk into after a long day at work simply looking for a new phone. **Either send your workers home, or make them pay attention to their customers. ** Will never come to this location ever again.

Cell phone places are starting to get a lot like car dealerships for some reason. They make you wait and wait instead of getting straight to your transaction. why is that?

Not sure what people are complaining about. I had always stopped at this store since 2020 from the beginning of when I switched to Verizon. I always had great associates assisting me. Recently this month, I stopped by two times and both times, I was helped by Maryam. She's great and answered all the questions necessary, helped me bag a new phone for my mother and put in a screen protector on two phones for me.

I was in here close to close and ended up being at the wrong location and left. However, I noticed there were many clients in this store 5 minutes till close and the employees were still very engaged, helpful, and friendly. I even overheard a conversation that on my end would’ve required a ton of patience lol and they handled it with grace.Not the location I meant to be at , but it’s definitely the one I’ll come back to!Update : visited this location again only to be met by an associate with a condescending tone that doesn’t know how to talk to people. I’ll leave my other note to highlight that there are some good people here but yikes and ew. Won’t be back now he definitely ruined it. I even spoke with Verizon support and they advised this is a corporate store and they should’ve been able to handle the situation but I guess not.

Yesterday, March 4th, I went into this store to get a new phone and literally had the most helpful and knowledgeable employee, Mikey! He definitely went the extra mile explaining and making sure I was good to go and I’m super grateful!

Verizon stores usually get bashed and I completely understand why. Although, my personal experience with the Hilliard Rome location was 5/5. I dealt directly with the manager Marshawn, who answered every question we had in detail and did not try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Highly recommend him personally as well as this location.

Brought over 4 lines from T mobile and had two of them switched over at this store. The other two lines were switched over at another store by my family members where they were offered the promotion of $1000 rebate for trading in their current phones which they accepted. Once we heard about the promotion, we went back to this store (only 2 days later from switching over) and asked if we could have the same offer. We were told that it was too late because we were no longer a “new line” even though it had only been two days. When we asked why we weren’t offered the promotion two days earlier we were told we should’ve asked and it’s not their job to tell us about all of their promotions. I recommend going to a different Verizon store if you are looking for reasonable customer service
