Staff was approachable and kind. Knowledgeable and patient. One of my favorite things was the photos the sent me after the assessment of my truck. I had no doubts that the work was going to be honest and efficient. Taking the extra time to send photos with recommendations on the fix, the quote cost and issues discovered (not necessarily in that order) was icing on the cake.
Recently, my rear brakes were bad and all 4 tires replaced. For the tires, they sent me 3 different quotes on 3 different sets of tires, based on what I was looking for. I’ve never experienced this before. It was a breath of fresh air.
All around great service, clean and decorated lobby with beverages, chairs and entertainment while you wait. A true Blue Collar business: working hard and taking care of people. Cars aren’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination. I know my truck will be taken care of when she needs some extra attention.

Had my entire break system replaced basically. The people here did an excellent job and had it done quickly and done right. Will be back for further work in the future.

I am impressed. I called around to get new TPMS sensors installed and my winter tires switched over and an oil change. The Ford dealership wanted double and that is not an exaggeration. This was what started my search for another location.
The person that answered was very pleasant and even went out of the way to ask about the sensors and told me the brand to buy that worked with the programmer they had. This was very nice and saved me another trip.They also checked in before the visit to make sure I was still dropping it off. I appreciated that. They fit me in within just 3 days and had the work done the same day I brought it in. I picked up my vehicle and when paying used one of the coupons they mailed out. It was all painless. One of the best experiences I have had with a vehicle. Its been over a week and I had to take a road trip and the tires and sensors are all working great and balanced perfectly. I will be going back to them again.

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Communication was great, especially with issues I was not aware of. Everything was very reasonable priced and done in a timely manner.

I would absolutely recommend this place for any automotive service needs. Very happy I decided to bring my 2018 Hyundai Elantra there for repairs. Dan and Michelle kept me informed on everything going on. There were way more issues with it than i had originally thought and they were done with it in a week which is pretty damn quick if you knew all the things wrong with it. These guys don't mess around or waste your time. Very efficient at their jobs which i like. Repairs were a bit more expensive than I thought they would be and Dan (Owner) being the nice guy that he is put in a brand new CAM free of charge! I will definitely bring my car here for any future automotive needs!

My family has gone to Auto service specialist for over past 10 years. We trusted them with all our vehicles. Our 2010 Toyota sienna was serviced by them for most of its life. About 6 months ago we brought it in to get serviced. We asked them to check out the car and tell us what we needed to do to get it fixed up to be a safe daily driving car. They told us it needed new engine mounts, we trusted them and paid the 2,000 to get the mounts replaced. 3 months and 3,000 miles later the car started to make a different noise. We brought it back in and they told us the car is unsafe, due to the subframe is rusting out and it is going to be 4,000 dollars to fix it. That was a complete shock to us considering we just brought it in and spent good money to have it fixed. They told us unless we paid to fix it there was nothing they could do, they would NOT give us a discount or a voucher to use on any future service. 4,000 is no little amount and we were not in the financial place to spend more money. We were hurt, disappointed, and blindsided by a company that we thought we could trust. We had to scrap the car. To prevent this from happening to anyone else please make sure you get other opinions on your car BEFORE you decide to go with this company.

Dan has done work on several cars for me in the past few months. He was always available to answer questions when I called, gave clear explanations and made things right. My family travels up from Medina to have work done here. I highly recommend Dan and his team. The ladies in the office are very helpful too!

Super nice people. But when my "$39.99 oil change" costs $107 without any warning or discussion, I am very dissatisfied.
Edit: The owner sent me a check in the mail for the exact difference of what it would have been. That is awesome. Thank you!
