“I have been going to Wilson's for decades. They have a great selection of wild bird feed as well as feed for any animal to want to accommodate in your yard. I generally don't feed in the summer but they have a great stock all year. They also offer feed for domestic animals from horses to dogs to things I probably know nothing about. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with any questions.”

They have a wonderful selection and varieties of plants, trees, shrubs and literally everything for your garden including an amazing selection of lawn and patio furniture. “I love the variety of flowers, lighting, and seasonal decoration. I wonder when they started carrying portulaca plants? I called for years and they said they did not sell them, however, I was just there and saw them in pots. I guess I see next year if they get them in cuz I only use them for hanging baskets.”

“I purchased a riding lawn mower. The sales person, Jim Novak was very helpful and knowable about the unit.
Home depot has a 90-day satisfaction return policy.
After using it a couple time, I determined that my lawn is too hilly for a riding mower. The mower worked fine it just didn't like mowing on the side of a hill.
I called Jim and told him of my decision to return it. He was very professional, respectful, there was no challenge to my decision.
Within a couple hours he came to my home and picked up the mower. He even saw to it that my credit card was credited for the purchase. I didn't even have to come into the store.
I'll be in the market for a new mower very soon and rest assured I will be getting it from Home Depot.

“I'm so happy they opened a location in Bath! I only do indoor plants. I have been in this store over a dozen times already, and I love it so far. The staff are all friendly, and the store is maintained very well so-far. They have new inventory every week, it seems. And as of yet, I have not had any pest issues with any plants purchased from here. Sure, the prices are higher than big box stores, but I have far less issues with transplant shock when I buy from a proper garden center. The supplies I typically buy, e.g., Sol Soils, Espoma brand stuff, plastic trays, fertilizer, etc are all priced the same as other retailers (no mark up). I love walking around the gift area, and I have occasionally purchased some herbs from the outdoors area as well. Overall, I have a blast every time I visit, and there is always something new to see. Personally, I hope they stock even more hoya varieties! lol”
“I looked online for an electric blanket! It said they had 3 so I went over there and so the cashier called one of the workers to get it. Well it was on one of the pallets so while I was waiting thinking he was getting it down, another worker walking by me asked if I needed help! I told him what I was looking for he looked up the isle and took me over there. Well the first guy was up on the lift! He cut the plastic, and said yea well it’s not here! So the worker who took me over (Joe) said it’s 3 on that pallet the other guy said it’s burred under all that stuff ! So the kind worker (Joe) stepped in and said I’ll get it for you I just need a spotter! I was so grateful for Joe he went above and beyond to help! I’m retired military!! And he was kind enough to help me. Thanks Joe I really appreciate it.”
“Conner at Hardware was always a great help. With a few trips to Home Depot, he walked me through exactly what I needed. He shows great knowledge in the plumbing department and the whole store in general !”
“Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”

“Jim Zupan In appliances was above reproach. I came in with my Mom as she was looking to replace all the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and Jim was beyond helpful. My mom really didn’t know what she needed and Jim was right there being incredibly helpful. He didn’t upsell or try to push anything on us. He was straightforward and very very knowledgeable and even told us about features we simply didn’t need. We decided to get all the appliances and actually waited a couple days till Jim was back as we only wanted to work with Jim. HIGHLY recommend!!! (As a bonus, he would laugh at my stupid dad jokes lol)”
