“We recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from the Sylvania location and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Gary helped us find the perfect model for our home, and after not having a refrigerator for a few days, I was ecstatic when he told us they had an opening and could deliver it the very next day. I especially loved their delivery tracking system — they text you in the morning and you can see exactly where you are on their route, which takes away all the guessing.
The delivery team was outstanding: extremely careful with the floors, respectful, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. In the photos I posted, you’ll notice the scan stickers and protective film still on the refrigerator — we asked the drivers to leave everything in place because we preferred to remove it ourselves later. Normally, they would take all of that off during setup, but they were happy to accommodate our request. Everyone at the store was kind and professional, and Gary truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend the Sylvania location.”

“I needed a new Over The Range Microwave. I was met by Brenna. She was personable, and asked questions about my need, and no pressure. I told her I needed installation. While the price of installation was higher than the big boxes, it included disposal of the old unit. With that added in, it was less expensive than the big boxes. I was contacted by the installation team just as I got home, and was scheduled for installation the next morning. It was a great appliance experience, and why I shop here.”
“Our expensive refrigerator sadly died. You wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to find black in stock. I called Greg in Toledo and he had the exact model and color I needed. Their crew had it delivered the next day! What was somewhat an emergency turned out all good in the end. Thank you Toledo ABC Warehouse! You saved the day.”
“Visited the garden area of the store for Mulch. Charles was working that department and couldn't be more helpful loading our cart with all the bags we selected. We didn't have to locate him he was just there ready to help and even apologized for the wet bags as it had rained earlier. A definate keeper...very personable too !

“Bought an electric dryer from them. Had issues with it right away and I called, Bud was very helpful and came out and repaired it. The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to find a person to help you. But when you do they know exactly what you need.”

“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”
“I always deal with Brad, and he is fantastic! He’s professional, friendly, and provides excellent customer service every time — whether I call in or place an order online. The only minor hiccup I’ve experienced was a slightly longer delivery time once, but I completely understood as they can be short-staffed at times. Overall, this store consistently provides great service and I highly recommend them!”

“Our favorite Home Depot is on Secor Rd., Toledo. We always meet the best staff, when we shop there. On 7/31/26, Carmella cashed us out. Then she loaded the wood we purchased, into the back of our car. My husband is in a sling from a recent shoulder surgery, so he was unable to do it himself. Carmella was so cheerful and kind. Thank you Home Depot for hiring friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!!”
“Great place to shop if you know where everything is which is cool because I've been there so many times and doesn't seem to matter what state you are in they all seem to be set up the same. If you don't go there and don't know your way around well finding help can be very hard”
