“Some of the people who work for HCS are caring and know what they're doing, but there are plenty of time card punchers that bring down the entire operation.On an edit: I needed some service on my CPAP machine today(5-6-24). The technician who came to my place to do the service was just fantastic. He has previously been to my house to do service work and he was also great that time, too. I forget his name so I can't give him credit publicly here, but I just wanted to include this with my review because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. He is so good at what he does, I bumped up my rating of HCS from 3 stars to 4 stars.”

“My guest dog is not actually a patient here, but I did call Ann Arbor Animal Hospital late at night, because I needed advice about my dog's rapid breathing. I cannot remember the name of the person I talked to, but he told me what to look for and set my mind at ease. Sure enough, the dog was fine the next day. There's something to be said for a place that can offer 24/7 vet care. Thank you!”

“I was visiting Toledo and one of the straps on my mask broke. I found Positive Sleep Solutions via google. I went into their office without any appointment. The woman who helped me was wonderful. She found me a replacement headgear and assisted me in adding a memory card to my machine. She was very professional and went out of her way to assist me. I strongly recommend this company to everyone”
