“I moved to AZ from Toledo and my engine went out 2 days before I left. I called around for months between AZ and Toledo looking for an engine. The prices were crazy and I also wasn't fully understanding the process. I called Margen Auto and got to speak with Bonnie! LET ME TELL YA! After my conversation with her, I got a better understanding and a great price!! Within 2 weeks I had the engine, starter, fuel pump,flex pipe and battery! “I had a good experience today - been having a lot of issues with my tires on a 2024 vehicle, not knowing if it was a suspension issue because the vehicle was riding jarring/violently. A few mechanics from other branded car shops have been dismissing like “it’s drives fine to me”. I called Chad (from referral) today and he got me in same day - come to find out, 3 of the 4 tires purchased out of town from a Ziegler Tire in NE Ohio were out of spec registering 30+ on the road force balance tester. These tires are a month old and this was Ziegler’s second time trying to get it right. Somehow, Belle team was able to get them down to around 6 on the road force balance and the ride does appear to be handling significantly better than it was before.
I’m very analytical and detail oriented - more than most. I noticed all of the staff at this location were speaking to ALL of the customers with respect and professionalism which is difficult to come by in this region. I appreciate the service I received today from that team and Chad was beyond professional and competent - he knows his shit! I don’t do many reviews but I went out of my way to write this one as this seems like a very solid shop. Thanks again.”

I was very impressed about his professionalism and the transparency he showed while working on my car. Will definitely be coming to him for all my car troubles!”
“I always come to this location and I went in for an oil change, and Paul and Nicholas set the bar high for service. I was on the fence about the coolant flush but I knew I needed it and they explained everything so well I actually knew what I was agreeing to (rare for me ?). They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb and even waited while I got my husband on the phone no awkward rushing me along. They weren't rude when I told them I had a coupon.
We ended up chatting about Stand By Me and Star Wars, which made it feel less like car maintenance and more like hanging out. Also, being called the nicest first customer of the day? I’m adding that to my list of achievements. Great service all around!”

Went foe an oil change. They told me the final price before starting to make sure I was ok with it. Did the oil change, air in tires, checked and topped off fluids, checked all exterior lights. The best part was they didnt ask if I want an air filter or cabin filter. I will definitely return!”
