“We were traveling through Michigan/Ohio when our Jeep Wrangler showed a transmission warning code. A local automotive shop recommended Express Transmission.
For a $100 analysis fee they did a test drive and scanned the code and recommended a torque converter and transmission. Working with Tyler the service advisor they were able to quickly order a remanufactured transmission and it was sent within a couple of days to their shop. Two days later they had it installed sticking with their original estimate of $3,800 with a 3yr/100k warranty from Certified Transmissions out of Omaha Nebraska.
We appreciate the quick turn around and a fair quote. I'm always skeptical of remanufactured transmissions/engines and will update this review within six months. But we appreciate Tyler's efforts for getting us back on the road.”

“I made a purchase from them on eBay. I purchased an instrument cluster and the mileage listed was exactly what they said it was and so was the condition. I wound up swapping over my old lens because I had a higher trim level version and everything looks great. Now I have to finish transferring my settings over. “I just came from Belle Tire in Holland, Ohio. I purchased one tire for replacement. They replaced it. When the worker told me my car was ready, he also informed me that they checked the valve stems of my other three tires and noticed that one was half broken. They fixed it without me having to ask them. That act, as insignificant as it may seem, truly has a monumentally positive impact. If you have ever had a flat tire, you understand how much of an inconvenience that is. Thank you for genuinely caring for your customer(me).
