“Given that most people expect to have bad experiences with USPS, I thought I would share the great experience I had with this post office. I recently had a local move within Toledo, and there were a number of complications with my forward mail request, in part because I had just ordered a passport and didn't want it to get slowed down during mail forwarding. All the folks I interacted with here went above and beyond to help me with these complications. What I found especially impressive is how much they remembered about my situation each time I called or came in. It just showed that they actually cared and wanted to help. They were also just very friendly and cheerful. They made my move less stressful :-D”

“The staff here are so nice and helpful! They were patient with my children during the passport appointment and helpful with my husband’s passport renewal. I’ve also had really good experiences and short wait times when I’ve come in for traditional post office needs.”
“The postmaster at the Waterville, Ohio Post office Is named Phil, and he is very informed and courteous in answering my questions and giving me recommendations. A young lady named, Wren has been delivering my mail. The personal and professional care that I receive is exceptional . Trudging through un shoveled snow, Wren Carefully placed a package on my front porch. That is going above and beyond the call of duty and that typifies the employees at the Waterville Ohio post office! A big thank you to all, for such professional and personal and courteous assistance.”

“I am very impressed with this Post Office. Previously I sent international packages from the post office on Monroe. I did not realize how unprofessional they were until I came to this Post Office. The three employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris assisted me at the desk. My package arrived at its destination in record time. This is an exceptionally run Post Office.”

“Being new to the zip code, this was my first experience with this post office location. There was a mistake made with start date of my hold mail request. I called the post office and spoke to Rachel, who was so friendly and helpful. It was just an honest mistake of a substitute mail carrier. She was able to contact him and he delivered my mail and packages at the end of the route. I had positive encounters with Rachel at the station and the carrier who came back to bring my mail. Truly exceeded my expectations!”

“Went to this PO to get postage for 120 booklets. Both ladies behind the counter, Michelle and Donna were pleasant and helpful. After purchasing the postage we began putting the postage on the booklets. At this time the PO was not very busy so Michelle came out to putting the postage on the booklets. I know the PO gets hammered a lot but on this day these two ladies were outstanding.”
