When the worker told me my car was ready, he also informed me that they checked the valve stems of my other three tires and noticed that one was half broken. They fixed it without me having to ask them. That act, as insignificant as it may seem, truly has a monumentally positive impact. If you have ever had a flat tire, you understand how much of an inconvenience that is. Thank you for genuinely caring for your customer(me). “I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.”
