I proceeded to have the work done, taking the car in the following week on a Wednesday. By Thursday early afternoon, the work was completed. I went to pick up my car and the work done looks amazing and it looks as if nothing ever was wrong with that spot on the rear bumper.

“Curt did a excellent job repairing my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD after I had a head on collision with a 150lb deer at 65mph. Airbag deployment and all. I took my truck out to him on Monday and he called me on Wednesday and said my truck was ready for pick up !!!I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done. And at a very fair price !!! They couldn't say for sure with that reading so they suggested I stop by Rod's Tires and Exhaust to get a more detailed reading. They were all very sweet and helpful!

“I have to say I was upset about a sales on a part. I tagged them and posted about it out of frustration of the circumstance. I received a call from them to correct it and they offered install. Lesson learned...Maybe I am at some fault for not asking for a manager, but I’m happy they made an effort after I left to correct the issue.”
“So far so good with the collision center. The employees have been super attentive, personable, and were empathetic regarding my situation. Another dealer in West Virginia had given me the runaround on a repair so much that my insurance adjuster asked me to take it elsewhere. My vehicle goes in Monday, May 6th for body work and I will update my review of any changes when I get it back.”

“Heading 400 miles home from zanesville my car lost power. I did not feel safe to continue so headed back to AZ on Maple. These folks concentrated on trying to get me safely home for over 2 1/2 hours! They would test, clear codes and send me on tests drives over and over til they felt it was going to get me home. I feel they went overboard with their customer service to ensure my safety. Tonight the young man called me at home to be sure I made it home. So pleased with them. Folks in the zanesville area are so fortunate to have these folks! Thank you Auto Zone!”

When I showed up for the appointment that I was told was at three, one of the team members, Ron walked up and asked if I needed help and that there was a line. I told him I thought I had an appointment at three and he showed me their schedule and I didn’t have one but he fit me in and helped me in the best way he could. He felt bad for the miscommunication and took it upon himself to give me the best customer care, kept me updated on everything going on, was very sweet to my kids, and totally turned my whole experience around!
