I was actually pleasantly surprised. I usually stay in BW Plus or BW Premier, my experience with BW that are not plus or premier has been disappointing. However, this hotel was good. It was late we were looking for a place to just stay the night. The place was clean, well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. After our experience in the BW Emporia Virginia last week I had been staying at Hilton and Marriott, but this place may actually bring me back to BW.

The best was comfy but so out dated, my room was a bit dirty, the floor was wet in spots. And the bed sheets were like curtains
Pool burned my eyes real bad.

This Best Western is a standout property in the area. I arrived very late looking for a room after driving from the South hills of Pittsburgh through Pittsburgh to the North hills and even to New Castle and Sharon looking for a hotel room but with the Pittsburgh Marathon all the rooms were booked. They had a final room. Joy the desk clerk who checked me in was extremely personable and was able to work to get me a room. Their last one for the night. The room decor was excellent. The towels were top notch, soft, fluffy and clean. The bathroom was very clean. The Management of this facility needs to be commanded for having a very well-run property.

If you enjoy moldy rooms and terrible customer service then this place is right for you. If you want cleanliness and kind staff, stay ANYWHERE ELSE

This place was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was accommodating and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite being close to the freeway, the room was quiet. The free breakfast was hot and quite good. While there were two big rigs parked there, the entrance looked tight so any large vehicles might need to come in slow and very carefully. One of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at. Thank you.

Very solid experience. Nice check-in experience. Plenty of room in the 2 queen room. Beds comfy and room/bathroom clean. Would book again for sure.

Checked in for one night. Hotel clerk was professional and informative. Booking, checking in and checking out was a breeze. Hotel room was SO CLEAN I was very impressed, you can tell the housekeeping staff works hard! I did feel a little itchy here and there from the blankets, though. Also, when I needed to fix the curtains on the windows to stay closed while the air was running, a few mins later I felt itchy.
The hotel room Jacuzzi worked great and was very clean. Noise level outside of room was decent. My remote to my TV didn't work and I had to keep getting up to change the channels. The bed was firm and comfy but made a weird noise from underneath it, sounded like a thunderstorm ? and the pillows were also comfy. The lighting in the room needs improved.
Overall, I recommend this location for a stay.

I've been to hotels that were better and I've been to hotels that were worse. But they were the only hotel in the area that not only had a decent rating but had a room for my family. Everything was clean and worked. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient. Room was also affordable. Have no complaints.
