I absolutely love my service with cricket and new phone.I can't believe I tried to switch carriers. I've been with cricket for years now. I've never dropped a call. Never lost signal. “I bought a gaming monitor online on Friday evening. It was ready for pickup Saturday morning. The pickup process was easy. So I get it home and hook it up…it’s not working. When I bring it in to the store, Alex helps me out right away, hooking the monitor up in the store to verify that it’s a manufacturing defect. Once he verified that, he got me a replacement right away. I asked him to verify that one worked before I went home with it and he was happy to. Alex was so helpful through the ASUS manufacturing defect that I’d much rather buy from Best Buy than Amazon.”
