“Chilki, your customer service was by far the best experience I have had in 2025! Thank you for being patient and kind to my mother as she navigates technology that is new to her. In a time in this world where people don’t go the extra mile, you did and I appreciate you for the expertise that you exercised!! Have a great weekend on purpose! You are winning with staff like her!!?????”

“If you have sentimental old electronics, Anthony is the one to fix it. Better than buying new age disposable replacements. Don't waste his time if you don't want to pay what it's worth, cuz you won't find the quality products he can fix that will last like the originals.”

“Excellent consumer electronics, commercial electronics and home appliance wholesale distributor. Been in business around 90 years. Family owned now in 3rd generation of ownership.Supplier of quality products to most non national chain dealers in a 14 state region. They have partnerships with many major name brands. If you sell to end-users in these categories I would recommend.”

“I was here for a decent amount of time because they are ALWAYS busy here and I watched people go in and out and the customers the workers dealt with were incredibly mean to them. I’ve never seen a group of workers take it on the chin like the people that work here. I would’ve quit the 1st day. Kudos to them for keeping it going but I would never be able to do what they do. If you go here, mind you they are going to be busy but there is a reason for that!”

“The staff was very friendly, and Jay did an excellent job at assisting me. He was thorough, and took his time to make sure everything was done the right way the first time, and gave good recommendations when it came to what my family and I should get. I highly recommend this store, and Jay if you are looking for new services!”
