Never had a problem. Am handicapped now and they always come around the very tall counter to make eye contact. They don't have to do this, I don't ask. Everyone has done this, approximately 8 different people. Very customer wheelchair friendly. I've had so much rejection from so many people. That it's definitely a bonus. Out of even family they make me feel like I am Worthy to be respected still ❤️ happy with you

This is literally the worst bank one could choose for their financial needs. Customer support is a joke, nothing is consistent. Through my whole experience, Abigail M is the only reason I didn't completely give up on 5/3.

No customer support. I have been locked out on all platforms due to "too many attempts" Makes no sense because no attempts have been made. Customers can only access a virtual assistant through the website of app. So what happens now? No access to cash until I can get someone to physically pick up a phone on Monday?One of many issues faced with this Bank. Monday there will be some changes made for us as customers.

Stopped at 53 in huberhights on 4/26/23 to deal with a problem I had can't remember the 3 lady's name but all 3 was wonderful. And my problem was solved after they did a little digging on my issue . Thanks lady's ?

I came in to put some money into my landlords account to pay my rent, I was going to make the transaction thru my debit card. I had the deposit paper filled out and was ready to to make the transaction when the teller informed me, that using my debit instead of cash would be around a 20% interest. So I left and went to my bank and got the cash however when I arrived back here they were closed. So I recently called another fifth third bank to see how much was I going to be charged to put money into my landlords account, and I was told fifth third doesn’t charge a fee for the cash advance that my bank may charge a fee. To sum it up the teller at this location didn’t want to help me which is why she told me I would charged a high interest rate, so that I could leave. It was 35minutes before closing. I wasn’t giving proper information. When I transferred money at another more professional location the process has been smooth.

Terrible service. You’re better off at any other bank. If you can’t find another bank just keep your money under your mattress.

I don’t understand the negative reviews listed down. There are really great professionals working at this branch who know what they are doing. I have a particular person here too that really is not my favorite either, but it does not change the fact that they have a wonderful team here that is always willing to help, respectful, polite and considerate. Will keep doing business with this branch and thanks to Paige, Megan, Mike, Karen and Mackenzie!

Update: I was asked to take off my mask off and I have an illness that compromises my immune system. I took it off to not seem difficult but I was INFURIATED inside. I spoke with somebody about it and I was told I would get a call back. Never did! I made the very right decision ending my business at this bank. They proved to me over and over they care nothing about their customers
