I had a missing item from an order, that even though it had been a week since placing it and I had to wait until cameras could be checked, Kira (from the Huber Heights, OH store) made my daughters Christmas happen. If it wouldn't have been for her, my daughter may have missed out on her gift. Not only was she quick to check footage but also a great communicator and went above and beyond to check other stores and reach out to them so they could place a tablet on hold for me to pick up same day.
