I will never use them again. I transferred my loan elsewhere. They should be able to provide me a printout of my account with my account number on it for a new loan. I should be able to see an updated amount of what is owed. They refused so they don't get my money period.

I was so impressed with Jeff and all the tellers at the bank. They are all smiling and kind. Love the atmosphere here.
