This store is worthless. Was told the wait was an hour, waited an hour. Then was told it would be even longer after having two employees walking around like they didn't know what the hell they were doing. All for a simple headphone exchange. I Pay 300 dollars for head phones for them to stop working and can't even get help replacing them. Unfortunately this is the only one around around to do exchange so I hope when I come back in for my schedule appointment I get actual help.

Excellent service, fast assistance, professionalism with ethical non pressure sales.And they have chairs and benches to keep a customer comfortable while they might wait.Both times this week, Verizon service was fast, efficient, the employees were pleasant, sincere and affable.Favorite store so far 20 years??

This store is useless. No one helps you unless you are purchasing a new phone. You go in the store to get help and they tell you to go online or call. I’m sorry but the entire point of me driving to the store is because I couldn’t complete the task myself online. The manager himself doesn’t help. I’m learning it’s a Verizon wide problem. Call or go online….okay and then end up listening to a robot that doesn’t get the problem.

I discontinued my service with Verizon in JUNE of this year and have been given the run around for months. I had to drive over an hour to a corporate store to pay my “final bill” because I couldn’t pay it any other way. I asked them twice while I was there if there was anything else active or needing to be paid and they said no. But surprise!! I received TWO more bills following that. Don’t make the mistake of using Verizon or trusting anything their associates say.

Went in to get a phone after the Piqua store didn’t have the right colors. Manager at Huber told me that I couldn’t buy a new phone there because the store in Piqua had a hold on the account. However, the store in Piqua never put anything on anything. Huber told me I had to go back to the Piqua store to remove it. I asked them why they couldn’t call over to the Piqua store and have it removed. They said they couldn’t call that store. Isn’t that why they invented phones so that you can call someone and not have to meet them in person? It didn’t matter, they couldn’t override the system and I had to go back to the Piqua store to remove it. 30 minute drive one way! Went back to Piqua and they said they didn’t have anything to remove! Bought the phone in Piqua, Huber lost the sale! Sad! Will never be doing business in Huber again.

Apparently I hit the wrong button and could not use my phone but it kept "talking " to me. Your mgr, I think his name is Jordan, just smiled and said I know what's wrong. Fixed it for me and I was on my way. He is my hero today!!!

I spent almost 3 hours getting a new phone, only maybe 10-15 minutes to get a salesman, at which time I told them the exact product I wanted. Then was pushed and pushed to buy more items until they would finally get the phone I wanted out of the back. It's now worse than buying a car to purchase a new phone. Value your customers time. If my phone hadn't been broken, there's no way I would have put up with that nonsense.

Have to have an appointment here if you just walk in unless you are really and I mean really lucky they are always extremely busy. Once you are helped here the staff are very accommodating and helpful
