“Cody fixed the shower nozzle and installed a new shower head…and it works perfectly! He kept at it until there were no drips! Great job done the same day as I posted the maintenance request. Thank you, Cody!”

“Wonderful apartment! I’ve made really good friends here. Solon Park Apartments has plenty of parking, and I always feel like my car is safe. Anytime there’s an issue in the unit, the staff responds quickly and takes care of it. I really feel like I can rely on them.”

“I have been living at Eaton Ridge apartments for 12 years now. Debbie the apartment manager is exceptional. Derek and the maintenance staff are always reliable and efficient their response time is immediate. My only dissatisfaction would have to be the dogs that are on the property which goes against policy. I have been advised multiple times throughout my stay here that dogs are not permitted.”

“Lived here for a year and a half, absolutely loved it. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and in good shape. 3rd floor apartments get vaulted ceilings. Great for Kent State or NEOMED students.”

“Cindy was very welcoming an amazing when we were touring apartments. We absolutely loved our apartment not because it's ours but the hospitality we got in the process of getting it. I recommend to anybody to rent an apartment here because the apartments are spacious and comfortable plus they allow fur babies! Rent is not too bad either and they have a POOL!”

“Overall nice complex. All apartments in Aurora are really high, perhaps due to the great school district. Suites are very spacious, the decor slightly out of date for the amount of rent charged. There are many layouts offered and really nice option of attached garages. I'm fortunate to have good neighbors because the noise insulation isn't the best.Snow removal and ice build up was a problem and had to call to get salt thrown down. It was difficult to get deliveries to my door and not wanting injuries.Maintenance is slow to respond to things that need to be fixed. Keep your personal belongings on your patio safely secured or they can be damaged when maintenance and yard workers are replacing mulch or mowing the lawn. Someone on staff is driving their carts over the lawn, can't be good for the grass but I guess it will be more noticeable in the summer. I've had several statues and garden decorations damaged with no apology. I sent emails to the office but no one has responded. I believe the office staff is operating limited hours, maybe due to Covid restrictions. We haven't been able to use the clubhouse or workout room so the cost of rent compared to the amenities that can be used has been a disappointment.”

“*EDIT: During my final days and the month after I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Holly Park. During the time of repairs, James offered us a free month of rent on the wake of not being able to use our shower. Currently, we have been having issues with ohio edison as our electricity was not canceled by them, and James has offered to pay to recompensate us for the bill. We have nothing but nice things to say about James and the office staff.

*ORIGINAL:
I like the office staff, but maintenance has always been our nightmare. They punch a hole in the wall under your sink and never come back to patch it up and leave the pile of sawdust behind, or unclog your pipes and leave the hair pile in your sink for you to get. Recently, our downstairs neighbors have had a leak from our shower. So far they've patched our tub twice, and now they're removing the tub all together. Today they came, smashed some holes in the tub wall, left some nasty pipes on our bedroom carpet, and left our ceiling fan hanging from some wires.

We haven't been able to use our shower for about a week from this and it's been an altogether nightmare. We have other minor complaints, like turning off our thermostat while they were here leaving us freezing because we had no idea, reversing our shower knob making it confusing to adjust the water temperature, and accidentally locking our cat in our bedroom while we were away at work for sometime.

They're all very nice guys, but the issues are extremely frustrating and take forever to be resolved, while breaking your lease is just as bad as staying. Until things get fixed, I'd reccomend going somewhere else.”
