“I’ve been a member at 5 CrossFit gyms as I moved around and my needs changed, this is by far my favorite! Amazing space and equipment, but most importantly it checks every box that I look for. Class sizes are never too big but you’re also never alone. There’s classes offered at great times morning or night, fantastic INCLUDED specialty classes like Oly Lifting, Met-con, and race fitness. The coaching is fantastic, so friendly, adaptable to each members needs, will push you when you need it but help you modify when you need that as well. Owners are present and amazing, always innovating, looking for new community opportunities, competitions, classes, etc that they can offer. They are also investing continually to keep their gym and equipment in top shape and ensuring there’s always ample equipment available at any time. Thank you Cadre!”

“This place changed my life. It's extremely down-to-earth and friendly. The staff will recognize you and greet you, and no one is too "intense" or pushy. I was able to create a daily workout habit in this calm, kind environment, which assisted in a 30 lb weight loss. I also took up yoga here which resulted in a multitude of positive life changes. And they have a dry sauna which is a total dream in the winter months. It's not too crowded, it's usually pretty quiet. I can't really say enough positive things about Fitness Works... truly a hidden gem.”
