“This is my second time going here. I have had immense issues cancelling my membership. Unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication between the staff and I from signing up and to cancelling. Edit: Thankfully, Mike was able to clear it all up for me. He let me explain everything on my end and explained his side of things as well. He cancelled my membership and waived my outstanding fees.”
