“This ups store is one of the cleanest and best kept stores I have been to. Every single employee goes above and beyond for all of their customers. Ashlynn (the manager) does whatever needs to be done to keep her customers and employees happy. I highly recommend this store.”

“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”
