“I shipped a couple packages from there & thought they were shipped Fed Ex. I couldn’t find the tracking number & went back to see what happened & was treated very rudely by the gentleman working there. Luckily the owner Scott was on video talking to someone else & heard our conversation & could go back & watch the whole thing & fired the employee for the way I was treated. Scott also showed up at my door to apologize & tell me it was shipped UPS not FedEx which is why I couldn’t find it. What a wonderful thing for an owner to do. I will definitely be going back!
