The actual pick up and move-in day went smoothly. Eric Favez was the driver and site supervisor on both ends. Eric was great to work with. Again, he was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The team and he worked quickly and with care to protect our belongings. In both locations, Ohio to North Carolina, the team was on time and efficient. Eric made sure the process ran smoothly and without stress.

“Very pleased overall with the Arhaus delivery service. They rescheduled the delivery to a day that I was off so that I could be at home when the item was scheduled to arrive. The driver called me when he was near to alert me to thier arrival. The driver and his helper carried the 70lb item to my porch, and were very professional.”
“PODS has been the easiest DIY moving solution I’ve ever used. I’ve used Uhaul trucks, Uhaul trailers, and a Relocube previously. PODS service has been better than any of the afforementioned with helpful people at every stage—booking, rescheduling, container drop off, and container pick up. The pod itself is incredibly high quality. Clean, smooth round edges on all support beams, ample tie-downs inside the POD for ratchet straps to keep things in place, and even a nice non slip textures rubber floor. Much nicer product than Relocubes. And I have to mention that their mechanism for delivering the PODS is just really neat—a fully hydraulic frame that fits around the cube is used to hoist it off of and back onto the truck, lower it gently and precisely on your driveway, etc. I have a sloped driveway with a big tree on one side and a drop off on the other and both drivers were able to maneuver within the tight space to make delivery and pick up a breeze.

“I have had various delivery services over the years, but Andrews is a cut above the rest. Zack and Jesse were the team that made it happen. They were professional, respectful and helpful. We had a tight space for installation of our new refrigerator, but what they did to strip the old one down and get it out was amazing. And in bringing the new one in there wasn't a scratch or dent in the process. Zach took the time to explain various areas he was working on when installing, and showed us what he was doing. He answered any questions we had and made sure before he and Jesse left we were completely satisfied. Great job! I would definitely use them again.”
“Ive been renting for almost 6 month. When i first got the unit there was a promo going so it was half off for first 3 months. So it started out at $34 and after 3 months was back to normal price of $78. Well a month later i notice they took out $92 then the following month i get an email saying my rent will now be $112. So within six months they raised the price about $40. I only had a 10*12 unit. I dont understand that big of a price jump in less then 6months. Other then that the place is great.”
“Great place. Reasonably priced. Super nice, friendly, helpful staff. Could be a little cleaner & also a few fans would help keep it cooler for inside units on 90°+ days. Security seems good, too as they are on site all day; site locked up at night.”

The crew showed up on time on moving day and we were out in hours. They actually were done a little early. But I was happy to give them a good tip because of the excellence of their service. I will be using Andrews for all my moves in Cleveland going forward.”
“They got the job done and everyone I talked to was pleasant. My only issue was the fact that they charged me for the time it took them to drive to my house and for them to drive to their office. I was surprised to be charged for a full 3 hours when the job was done between 9am and 11am.”

Trusted Moving had great communication when it came to getting my estimate, regularly checked in with me, updated me anytime additional information became available, and was always on time. They were quick and careful when packing my things and kept my place clean (no damage or trash left). They also had an easy to use payment portal (and having gathered multiple quotes they were also the lowest cost). “Hard to connect with on the phone at first,but they returned call. Easy questionaire online. Great young men. They don't waste any time getting to work and stay busy the entire time. The only scratched item I had was small abrasions on the top of my dresser. A thin layer of felt on their hand truck/dolly would alleviate that. My antiques were fine. Nothing broken.”
