“Spent a few months in a 10X24 - which has two doors (drive thru - if you can make the turn on the backside), manager is pleasant - facility is very clean, and fairly newer. It is gated with automated keypad (and like all others the keypad has a personality of its own). Gate is a pivot lift. Doors on units are decent. Lock latch (what you put your lock on) is SMALL. Abloy Enforcers will NOT fit. If you are on the main drag (drive) its very big - easily turn around with trailer... Backsides aren't easily accessed (if you have a trailer you will be backing down them). My unit had two lights (at each overhead door) in standard sockets on the ceiling on pull strings - both worked, but front one's pull string switch did not (screw / unscrew for on / off). I didn't bother telling the mgmt - I replaced bulb with flood (and left for next tenant) - karma... 10X24 was 9'7"X22'9" actual - like every other storage facility the dimensions are OUTSIDE, not inside - but again - they all do this. I tried my trailer (why I rented it) but its was 2.1" too long - so I used for other things. Rates are good and they prorate first month (making the rent due on the 1st). No CC. Would I recommend - YES - with the caveat regarding Mogadore rd... It gets very backed up due to the CR18/I76/Mogadore rd intersection.”
