Took the time to to ensure all of our belongings were cared for during transit and even loaned us materials to make the move easier! “In May I hired Move It Now to help move just the few larger items I wasn't able to move on my own (sofa, chairs, dining room table, a heavy metal flat file, and my upright piano). I was moving ten minutes away. It was the hottest day of the year so far. Three young men arrived early. They were swift and pleasant to talk to. Everything was delivered safely except that my piano suffered some damage. They told me one of the straps on the truck had been faulty. They waived the $90 fee for moving the piano and said that they'd take it back to their shop to be repaired. It took longer than originally promised, but I feel very grateful for them wanting to do the job right rather than handing over sub-par work. After the work they had done to fix it, it's very hard to see where the damage was. Note that it had suffered some dings and scratches over the years to begin with. They even reimbursed me to have it tuned after it got redelivered. Gary, the owner, was great to work with. This situation was an unfortunate accident, but they really made the best of it for me. Thank you!”

“Very pleased overall with the Arhaus delivery service. They rescheduled the delivery to a day that I was off so that I could be at home when the item was scheduled to arrive. The driver called me when he was near to alert me to thier arrival. The driver and his helper carried the 70lb item to my porch, and were very professional.”
“The whole process was so easy! We were replacing our cement garage floor and had to store all of our items off site so the work could be done. Even though I knew the time frame of delivery/pickup the driver still called, each time, to say they were on their way. I appreciated that a lot!”

From start to finish everything has been so easy! Trusted Moving had great communication when it came to getting my estimate, regularly checked in with me, updated me anytime additional information became available, and was always on time. They were quick and careful when packing my things and kept my place clean (no damage or trash left). They also had an easy to use payment portal (and having gathered multiple quotes they were also the lowest cost). “Hard to connect with on the phone at first,but they returned call. Easy questionaire online. Great young men. They don't waste any time getting to work and stay busy the entire time. The only scratched item I had was small abrasions on the top of my dresser. A thin layer of felt on their hand truck/dolly would alleviate that. My antiques were fine. Nothing broken.”
