7040 Walters Rd, HudsonI can't say enough about this animal hospital. The compassion and caring were above what I expected and the fees were reasonable. My pup got sick and Kathy got Lou in immediately.Unfortunately , after a few days we had to put him down. The staff grieved with us. Lou was cremated and he came back in a beautiful box with his name on it, his paw print cast in stone, and his fur in a card with a heart. Dr Williard and her staff helped us to get through this horrible process. Thank you for your kindness and support. You made a bad situation a little easier to deal with.

Everyone, I mean everyone, has been compassionate, caring, and professional with our pets. From the front office to the techs to the doctors, there is no one on staff with whom I don’t trust the care of my animals. They have conversations explaining things in terms we understand, and have held the difficult conversations with compassion yet reality when that time came.

88 North Main Street, HudsonGREAT PATIO. It's a funky old-timey bar but this review is about the patio. Unique is an understatement--it's elevated but no steps--a wheelchair accessible ramp instead. It's surrounded by flowers, and features nine 4-tops which guests are welcome to move and combine to seat large parties. There are a couple dozen bar stools at a covered outdoor bar and clustered around two long high top tables. Go for the great atmosphere and unexpectedly great food and large draft beer selection. Stay for the floor show with Lily, the server. Lily loves her job and it shows--she's everywhere, smiling, serving and chatting with customers: even first-timers are treated as though they're old friends. Pick your day to pick your energy level. Early in the week there may be just two tables of diners/drinkers. Midweek it gets a bit livelier and by Friday, it's high energy with parties of 2 to 12. You can get to the patio by going through the bar after going through hassle of parking on Darrow Road or you can park in the city parking lot and directly access the patio from outside. Just to be sure to go--you're sure to have a good time.

The bartender was working the bar and helping those seated at the bar. So i asked him if it was alright to sit at bar and order food...he said ofcourse! So i informed the 8 people standing behind us of the bar option and we all sat at the bar! He was wonderful! If it wasnt for our limited time, the bartenders work ethic we would have left.
