1143 South Canton Road, AkronI was a little skeptical at first, because I’ve had some issues with other groomers in the past hurting my baby (shaving WAY to close to skin, clipping his nails too short, etc.) But, the girls at Posh Pooch showed me that they mean BUSINESS. They asked me exactly what I did/ did not want done with him and I can tell that they cared for him like he was their own. The pricing is great as well!!! It is such a relief and I am so thankful for them. We will definitely be back.

It’s obvious she loves what she does … not only does Koda look her best but she seems to look forward to her visit with Brenda. She has both a hydraulic work station and bathing station that starts at ground level making it very safe and easy for aging dogs. Comb and Collar is always clean, time efficient and dogs are NOT double booked which causes many dogs needless anxiety. Great job!! Thank you for caring so much.

Out of 40 places I called either wouldn’t accept new patients, $350 or more, had to talk to a robot/ leave a message. Gentle hands vet is the only one we could afford or get into, and I am so glad we did! I don’t think the experience we had could had been any better, considering the situation. They had a very, very nice comfy room right as you walk in, it was big we were able to take our whole family in. A shelf filled with snacks for you to feed them. They gave our buddy many delicious bowls of snacks and things they wouldn’t usually get. They talked us through everything, gave us all the time we needed with him. I last minute asked for a couple paw prints and they were happy to do so. They carried him out the back door to put in our car for us, very discreetly. They gave us a great price on everything including the paw prints. If we ever have to go through anything like this again we will definitely be back! Thank you for being a gentle vet!

They were able to get her scheduled for surgery very quickly and took great care of her. All of the staff members/veterinarians we interacted with were patient and professional while answering our many questions. These types of things are never inexpensive, but we felt the quality and care were top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a surgery center for their fur baby.

Veterinary Wellness Center of Green and The Cat Clinic

My sister-in-law told my husband about it, and the best part is that they have everything separated, one section for dogs and another for cats. Ignacio (my cat) needed vaccinations. The receptionists were very friendly, and then the nurse and the veterinarian were excellent at explaining every detail. Even though Ignacio was scared, they handled him very carefully and lovingly so we all knew he was in good hands. There was also a very kind lady who gave him treads. We should definitely go back soon for more vaccinations and to get him fixed.
I hope to bring my dog to this place too. ❤️

Dr.Brown is AMAZING with my animals and ME! It’s so easy to feel overlooked and/or diminished with concerns but she takes me seriously and listens.
I’m not sure of Autumns title but I’ll just say she is the vet assistant as she is the one who holds my cats and I have to say that she is the BEST. I just had an apt today and the woman vet wasn’t in so I had an older gentleman that didn’t shave my cats behind really well( it’s also a $20 charge) and when he left, Autumn looked and told me she will get someone to help her to shave more of the mats out. It was so nice of her to do that and she was amazing with my cat!
HUGE shout out to Autumn! Thank you so much! Best customer service and they are all so sweet there.

625 North Cleveland Massillon Road, AkronThis vet left an impression on me. Over 20 years ago, there was a stray black lab living around Goodyear’s HQ in Akron. It was late fall and after months of trying to trap the dog to adopt it, I was given Dr. Slenn’s number as he worked with a group who tried to find homes for strays. Dr Slenn volunteered to find the dog and use a tranquilizer dart to capture him.
Unfortunately, the stray dog had a rare condition that made him allergic to the tranquilizer and he died. I know he felt terrible about it as I did, but it was not his fault. This vet loves animals and tries his best! If I still lived in the area and had dogs he would be the first vet I would call!!!

VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic
Located in Pet Supplies Plus, 790 Arlington Ridge, AkronWe were pet-less, and brought in a TNR’d neighborhood cat that we decided to adopt after it started hanging around our house.
We didn’t even know the gender. Turns out, it was a he!
He started to get obvious ticks…and one latched onto his face. That was the final straw. So, we made the appointment to bring him in. We didn’t even know how he’d react to all of this, but we knew we had to do something.
Everyone could not have been nicer, and they were so patient with him. They removed 18 ticks!
He got his shots, some topical flea/tick treatment, and things could not be better!
So thankful for the kindness and overall interest everyone had.

I travel fro Hartville to receive the best services. First of all, Covid and remodeling has left it a bit inconvenient, but sometimes there is a reason for long delays. I have had to put my animal down, and they took the time to care for my pet which probably caused a delay for another appointment. When I have to wait, I know that someone else's pet is getting the attention they need. They have treated at least 25 of my pets/rescues over the past 25 years. I have been to other vets in the past, but Highland Vet has treated all my pets with the best care, surgeries, and compassion at the end. Thank you all for your speedy prescriptions, knowledge, and the best care for my pets. They are so good with my Lucy who is going blind and has many issues. Thank you for the tips for Bosco who has a lot of Border Collie energy and behaviors. Thanks for caring!

We are located near Pittsburgh, PA, and finding the right trainer for our German Shepherd was very important to us. From the very beginning, Yana was incredibly supportive, helpful, and always there to answer our questions and guide us throughout the entire journey.
After 4 weeks of Board & Train, the transformation in Yume has been truly amazing. She came back more confident, focused, and well-behaved while still being the same loving and playful dog we know and love.
A special thanks to Collin for the incredible work he did with Yume. It was clear that they built a very special bond. Yume truly loved spending time with him, and the trust, patience, and connection between them were amazing to see. He helped bring out the best in her.
What we appreciated most is that Yana and Collin didn’t just train Yume — they helped us understand how to better communicate with her and continue building on everything she learned.
We are extremely thankful that we found K9Guide Dog Training. Their dedication, care, and passion for dogs truly stand out. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, balanced and compassionate dog training.

The manager, Erika, is very kind and has always been honest about any struggles my “problem child” has during his stays. The other staff are very patient and knowledgeable as well. Definitely an excellent choice for any dog with behavioral issues- the staff here will take care of your pets as if they were their own!

That being said, what is available is flavorful and well priced. The beer, in all its forms(Stout, Lagerfeld, IPA... ect) is all well priced as well. I have seen a lot of price gouging for craft beer, but this place doesnt do that. I will come here again, and recommend it, whether you live here or are visiting like me, this place rocks!

This is a review of another visit on 10/5/26. We were there about 1:30 p.m. Other people there were already eating. Took a long time before our order was taken and even longer before we got our food. I ordered a cinnamon apple waffle and eggs. Eggs were fine. Waffle was just pancake batter cooked in a waffle mold. Waffle fell apart after putting syrup on it just like a pancake would. It was fluffy like a pancake. Not a waffle. It was disappointing.
