“A great place for family gatherings such as birthdays and graduations. The building has been updated and remodeled. Although I preferred the rustic look and feel of the old building.A small lake and hiking trails are on the property which is in a secluded area.The Geauga Park district does a great job.”
“This is the BEST fair around and one of the oldest in our nation. A traditional old fashioned fair makes this a must see stop. Great food and plenty to see for the whole family. We never miss this fair in beautiful Burton Ohio”

“I don’t even know where to begin writing this review! Nadine and her team went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail is unmatched. The day started very rainy, thunderstorms and all! Nadine assured all of us they would wait all the way up until 3:00 PM to make sure my daughter could have the wedding of her dreams outside. Every tiny detail was thought of and any question we asked or something we wanted at the last second she made happen along with her team. We were able to just enjoy and absorb every moment of the day. If you’re thinking about using it, do it.”
